Santa is joining us at Dundee’s Christmas, and he can’t wait to meet you.

Embark on an enchanting Christmas adventure! This 40-minute interactive journey transports families to the heart of the North Pole, where festive magic comes to life. Along the way, you’ll be greeted by Santa’s playful elves, who will guide you to visit Mrs. Claus in the Magic Forest, where she’ll share holiday stories and perhaps a few seasonal surprises!

But the true highlight awaits as you enter Santa’s house. Each child will have the chance to meet Santa one-on-one, sharing their Christmas wishes and enjoying a special moment with the man himself, before selecting their cherished gift.

Dundee’s Santa Experience is the perfect way to celebrate the season. With festive fun, magical moments, and personal touches for every child, it’s an unforgettable adventure that will fill your hearts with Christmas cheer!

Helpful information for your visit

• Please make your way to the venue and show your ticket to our friendly elf.
• Please note that your ticket is valid for your booked time ONLY. These are time-slotted sessions and cannot be transferred to another time.
  
• Please try to arrive 10 minutes before your allotted time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee access to the experience.
• Each booking includes access for a maximum of one adult. A limited number of additional adult tickets can be purchased.
• There is no room in the venue for prams or buggies. These must be left outside in the allotted buggy park.
• Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult at all times
• Should you need any additional help or assistance, please speak to a member of our team on site and they will do their best to accommodate.
• Dundee’s Santa Experience are group sessions; however, each child will have the opportunity to meet Santa individually and receive a gift.
• Dogs are not permitted within the Santa Experience, unless a registered Assistance Dog.
• No food is permitted inside the Santa Experience. Only closed bottles, such as water, are allowed within the venue. No hot drinks.  
• Dundee’s Santa Experience will last approximately 40 minutes per experience.
